Through a straightforward API integration between your system and Swapo, the Super Tech assignment details are exchanged in accordance with “same day” eligibility criteria. These criteria may include the model of device, prices by grade, postcode, or any other promotions or requests you may have. Swapo responds with the Super Techs’ contact information, photographic identification, location, and estimated time of arrival for the assessment to commence. This information is also shared with the consumer to enhance their level of assurance.

They also possess expert knowledge and proficiency in using the Swapo application for iOS and Android devices, including diagnostics, grading, data deletion, and pricing services.

 Upon arrival, Swapo Super Tech will verify their identity using official documentation, their Swapo photo ID, and generate a unique QR code to initiate the trade-in process. This process will be facilitated by the most advanced AI-powered, fully automated device assessment app available on the market today, which is compatible with both Apple and Android devices.

The app is fully integrated with Apple Toolkit or can be utilised through our Android engine, enabling a comprehensive assessment of the device within five minutes. This assessment will include diagnostics and AI imagery grading, providing the consumer with the valuation and results instantly. During the process, the device will be checked for any existing user accounts, which will be removed once the consumer accepts the valuation, along with the erasure of any content and settings.
